1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Ringwell (ringwell.tech), a scheduling and customer-communication platform a product of and operated by GOPROIT LLC (“Ringwell”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, booking a service through a Ringwell-powered phone line, or creating a Ringwell account, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Ringwell provides home service businesses with an AI phone receptionist, appointment scheduling, dispatch, and customer notification tools. When you call a business that uses Ringwell, your call may be answered by an AI assistant that collects booking details on the business’s behalf. The service contract for any home service work is between you and that business — Ringwell is the technology provider.

3. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number when booking an appointment, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages, including booking confirmations, technician arrival/ETA notifications, scheduling updates, and reminders. Business users may receive one-time verification codes.

  • Message frequency varies based on your appointments.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@ringwell.tech.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts

Business users must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including sending unsolicited messages, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ringwell is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the home services scheduled through the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOPROIT LLC’s total liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the amounts paid to us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
